      ROOM TYPE DEFINITIONS

      House: A stand-alone house or townhouse consisting of single and shared occupancy bedrooms, common living room, bathrooms, and kitchen

      Apartment: An apartment unit consisting of single and shared occupancy bedrooms, common living room, bathrooms, and kitchen

      Private Apartment: An apartment unit for private use. Not shared with other students

      Flex: A type of single room which has a sliding door rather than a standard door
