How do I arrange for Airport Pickup?
The ELS Central Admissions Department arranges the airport transfer, but the Counselor will need to provide important information about the student.
Please follow the following 2 steps:
Step 1:
Please have the following information regarding your student:
- Student name (ELS ID number is also requested - if known)
- ELS Center location to attend
- Airline name (for arrival into the final destination)
- Flight number and airport name (or code)
- Port of Entry into the USA (if different from final destination)
- Anticipated time of arrival and date
Step 2:
After collecting all of the information from Step 1, please email these details to your ELS Central Admissions Advisor.

The airport's complete name is: Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is only 1 terminal with 2 concourses. It is easy to navigate and locate security, baggage claim, restaurants as well as your driver for an airport pickup.

| Check-in: Airport pickup will take students directly to homestay address. The driver has the homestay family's address and will know where to take students. Students go directly to homestay address. Please notify of late arrivals at cin@els.edu. | ||
| Check-out: Students must clean their rooms, bathrooms and any common areas, leaving them the way they were found when they first arrived. Keys are returned to the host family. Students can either arrange airport pickup to pick them up from the host family home or arrange other transportation. | ||

| Check-in: Airport pickup will take students directly to on campus housing. The driver has the housing address and will know where to take students. Check-in at Lobby. Lobby staffed 24 hours/day. Please notify of late arrivals at cin@els.edu. | ||
Center Registration
On the first day (Monday) of registration and orientation: All new students should arrive to the center at 8:15 am to register for classes, and attend orientation. Students will be emailed a link to the Placement Test prior to arrival.
If a holiday falls on a first Monday, ELS Centers will be open only to register newly arriving students.
What to Bring
- Passport
- A copy of I-20 Form
- Funds to pay all remaining fees at ELS
- Completed Health Form (if applicable)
- Proof of medical insurance (if not purchased through ELS)
