How do I arrange for Airport Pickup?
The ELS Central Admissions Department arranges the airport transfer, but the Counselor will need to provide important information about the student.
Please follow the following 2 steps:
Please have the following information regarding your student:

- ELS Center location to attend
- Airline name (for arrival into the final destination)
- Flight number and airport name (or code)
- Port of Entry into the USA (if different from final destination)
- Anticipated time of arrival and date
After collecting all of the information from Step 1, please email these details to your ELS Central Admissions Advisor.

City View Limousine Service: This company provides very accommodating services to our students. The drivers will research whether or a student's flight has been delayed and will flexibly change the pick-up time as needed, even if it goes into the late hours of the night. They will also contact the Center Director directly if problems arise with locating a student. The drivers are acquainted with our host families, and they know our campus. They are well trained in working with students with limited English. In sum, by ordering this service, the student can rest assured that they will be well taken care if in their transportation from the airport to the host family home or dormitory.
Other Transportation from Airport
Taxis from the MSP airport to the campus or homestays will cost approximately $25 plus tip, with a travel time of approximately 20 minutes. Drivers will need the exact address where the student is going, and may not be familiar with our campus location.
