How do I arrange for Airport Pickup?

The ELS Central Admissions Department arranges the airport transfer, but the Counselor will need to provide important information about the student.

Please follow the following 2 steps:

Step 1: 

Please have the following information regarding your student:

  • Student name (ELS ID number is also requested - if known)
  • ELS Center location to attend
  • Airline name (for arrival into the final destination)
  • Flight number and airport name (or code)
  • Port of Entry into the USA (if different from final destination)
  • Anticipated time of arrival and date

Step 2: 

After collecting all of the information from Step 1, please email these details to your ELS Central Admissions Advisor.

The driver will hold a sign with the student's name on it. Please stay inside next to baggage claim to meet driver.

Check-in: Students report to to the front desk at West Lodge. The Resident Assistant will have keys ready. If the front desk is unattended, students should wait there. The Resident Assistant may be helping another student to his or her room. There is a phone at the front desk with a number to call if you need help. Deposit is collected at check in.
Check-out: Leave rooms in good condition and return key for deposit return.

Center Registration

On the first day (Monday) of registration and orientation: All new students should arrive to the center at 8:15 am to register for classes, and attend orientation. Students will be emailed a link to the Placement Test prior to arrival.

If a holiday falls on a first Monday, ELS Centers will be open only to register newly arriving students.

What to Bring

  • Passport
  • A copy of I-20 Form
  • Funds to pay all remaining fees at ELS
  • Completed Health Form (if applicable)
  • Proof of medical insurance (if not purchased through ELS)

Immunization Requirements

Immunization documents are required for this Center and included in the Student Welcome Package. (Broken)
