Description:

Experience true American culture by living with a homestay family and practicing your English outside of class. Our excellent homestay program can accommodate virtually any student request! Our experienced homestay coordinator has an office next to ELS, and always encourages our students to meet to assure they are having the best possible experience while here in St. Pete's.
Our kind and caring host families provide our students with transportation to and from the Center for classes and activities.

*The age range for the St. Petersburg dorm is 18-25 years old.

Key/Damage: $300 damage deposit will be collected at check-in and will be returned to students upon check-out if no damage or key loss is found.
Description:

The Residence is available to students under the following criteria:

1. Students must be between the ages of 18 and 25

2. Students must start on a published session start date and study for full sessions only.

3. Students must stay for a minimum of 2 consecutive sessions

4. All students in the campus residence must provide completed vaccination requirements.

The on-campus residence offers shared single-gender dorm rooms with a bathroom in a Co-educational dorm building. Each room will have a bed, desk, lamp, and linens for each occupant. Self-service laundry machines are available for a small fee. Wi-fi is available in the rooms.

Each room provides:

  • Twin sized XL beds
  • Private bathroom (per room)
  • Desks
  • Closets
  • Linens
  • Wi-fi access

Housing is located 1-15 minute walk to the ELS Center.

Reserved by: Reserve through ELS Central Admissions at the time of the application. Housing deposit is required to reserve.
